Biography
Omid received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Western University, London, Ontario. He has over five years of experience in the areas of transmission and distribution power systems studies, technology integration and testing of distributed energy resources and renewables, and innovative and advanced solutions for T&D utilities. He is currently a Principal Consultant at Quanta Technology. Prior to joining Quanta Technology, he was a Research Fellow with the Centre for Urban Energy at Ryerson University.
