Biography

Mohamad Yassin is a graduate student in the Smart Power Integration Research Group at the University of Toronto. He received his Bachelor’s of Applied Science with First Class Standing from the University of Alberta in 2019 and his Master’s of Applied Science from the University of Toronto in 2026. His research interests include: smart gate-drivers, device packaging, and high-frequency SMPS. In his spare time, Mohamad enjoys long-distance running, volunteering in local community initiatives, and reading.
