Biography

Bill Boyuan Zhang received his B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and M.A.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University, Canada, in 2023 and 2024 respectively. His research focuses on machine learning, federated learning, and wireless communication optimization. Through multiple industry experiences and academic projects, his work aims to make distributed machine learning more practical, efficient, and scalable for next-generation IoT and mobile applications. His research has been published in leading international conferences, including ICC and ICCSPA.

Bill Boyuan is currently working in the robotics industry and is doing a personal initiative named “GenAI for Intelligent Life,” which seeks to integrate AI into daily operations such as education, job searching, and investment. The ultimate goal is to create a smarter, more efficient personal lifecycle. He is also developing open projects related to AI agents with LLMs and network optimization using machine learning.
