Yoga Suhas is a PhD candidate at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), formerly Ryerson University, Canada. He pursued a Bachelor of Engineering specializing in electronics and communication from the Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2014 and a Master of Engineering specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) from TMU in 2021.

He is an experienced Internet-of-Things (IoT) architect who has developed IoT stacks for dairy and hospitality companies. With his unique experience in hardware and software development, he has contributed to various projects in the industry for five years, which helped more than two hundred thousand customers. He has returned to academia, developed research skills, and published a few papers in leading conferences and journals, such as IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE WF-IOT, and Electronic Commerce Research and Applications. He also works as a peer reviewer for the computer application stream in the Electronic Commerce Research and Applications journal, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communication, and Journal of Supercomputing. His current research focuses on developingAI-based IoT solutions and Virtual Reality network optimization.
