SUMMARY:Six Sigma Quality
DESCRIPTION:Six Sigma is a management philosophy and set of methods introduced by Motorola and General Electric to eliminate defects in their products and processes. Six Sigma views variation as the enemy and provides with a goal of having less than 3.4 defects per million opportunities. This methodology prescribes project-oriented improvement phases known as Define\, Measure\, Analyze\, Improve and Control (DMAIC).
